Yes. Many Carteret County lots sit in a flood zone, which usually means the home sits higher on pilings or a raised foundation. Your survey and local permitting set the exact requirements. We review those with you early so the design and the budget reflect them from the start.

How far do you travel from New Bern to Morehead City?

It's about a 45 minute drive down Highway 70, and we make it often. Morehead City is part of our core service area, so you'll get the same attention a client in New Bern gets.
